Eligible persons are:
- A member of the Islamic Cooperative Ibn Affan Ltd.
- Not over 60 years old
- Be in good health on the date of application and free from any stages of cancer, diabetes, heart disease, tuberculosis, immunodeficiency disease (AIDS), schizophrenia, etc.
- Not bankrupt
- Not a person of unsound mind incompetent or quasi-incompetent.
